It’s not too late to join the TAR/Teachers’ Choice group that meets this month on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 4:30 at the home of Kim Fairbanks, 2189 Kenworthy Rd. NE, Albany. This year our Teachers as Readers Group is combining with the ILA Teachers’ Choice program to read many new picture and chapter books. There is a $25 fee for taking part in this activity, but each person taking part in the book reviews will receive a “ton” of books at the end of the program next Spring. A very nominal fee to see and read many new books and to be able to place them in your classroom/school! Questions? Please email Kim: firstname.lastname@example.org.
